With our planet in mind, we’ve designed a manufacturing process to ensure our products are 100% organic and made from plant-based materials.
Because of this design and manufacturing process, our products may present slight variations in color or texture. But don’t worry—this does not affect the product’s quality. These variations come from the natural differences in our raw material: recycled coffee grounds.
Why does the Color of Recycled Coffee Grounds Vary?
The recycled coffee used as raw material comes from different regions in Colombia, which means its color, grind thickness, and moisture content can vary, and this can be reflected in the consistency of the final product’s color.
If you have purchased any of our products, please note that shades may vary, even within the same batch.

Our Packaging: A Commitment to the Planet
Our environmental responsibility with the planet is circular, which is why we do not use packaging that can contaminate or alter nature, but rather take advantage of available waste.
As an alternative, our packaging is made from sugarcane bagasse fibers, which guarantees that no trees were cut down for the manufacturing of our boxes.
Our planet does not need more plastic, for this reason we choose NOT to USE any kind of plastic to protect our products during transport. Instead, we opt for planet-friendly alternatives.

At Coffee Kreis, we are committed to quality reflected in the design, materials, and durability of our products.
From sourcing recycled coffee grounds to manufacturing, we handle our raw materials with care to deliver products that meet high-quality standards.
If any of the products are damaged during the transportation process, a replacement will be provided for the affected products at no cost.
Warranty Terms
Coffee Kreis offers product replacement within 1 to 2 business days after delivery confirmation for damage caused during transportation.
The customer must report any damage within 48 working hours of receiving the order and provide photos of each affected item.
The term for product claims starts at the time and date of delivery stated on the carrier's tracking information or third-party delivery report. Coffee Kreis will validate the images and the products will be replaced at no cost.
The warranty does not apply to dissatisfaction with the design or color shade of products delivered in good condition, considering the customer should have read and accepted our policies at the time of purchase.
We offer personalized attention during the sale to resolve any questions regarding the characteristics of the product, in order to maximize customer satisfaction.
Warranty Exclusions
The Warranty Does Not Cover:
- Products that are damaged or broken after satisfactory delivery due to mishandling.
- Claims without photographic proof of each damaged product within the specified timeframe.
- Products left in storage for more than 48 hours after delivery. Customers have up to two (2) business days to make a claim. No exceptions will be made.
- Products delayed or mishandled in the shipping company’s warehouse for more than 7 days, whether due to incorrect delivery information provided by the customer or absence at the time of delivery.
The shipping company will attempt delivery twice. If the customer is not available, the package must be picked up at the courier’s main office in their city.
If the customer cannot receive the delivery, the package will be returned to sender, and shipping charges will be billed to the customer.
